This includes information that you provide to us, as well as information we may collect about your website usage patterns. Any information collected by those other websites is subject to those sites’ privacy policies, and we recommend that you check the privacy policies of those sites before providing any information to them.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that HAAH collects, both online and offline. We collect data about users of www.haahauto.com (“Website”) and any other websites, blogs, mobile sites, applications, and other interactive features operated now and in the future by or for HAAH (collectively the “Online Services”) and about dealers and others who express an interest in us or with whom we engage in business (who are referred to as “you” and “your” in this Privacy Policy.) By accessing or using our Online Services, you agree with all of the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you must not access or use our Online Services.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Website. The date this Privacy Policy was last reviewed is identified at the top of the page. By accessing or using the Website following any such changes, you signify that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Online Services collect information that you provide when requesting information through the Online Services including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number. This may include when you request to attend a HAAH meeting or event or request to be contacted by HAAH. We also collect any information that you include in emails you send to us.

Our Online Services also collects other basic information about you that does not directly identify you, but which may correspond with you or a particular device. We use this information to learn more about how our Online Services are used. This information includes the IP address of your device; information regarding the pages on our Website that you have visited; the date and time of your visits; the amount of time you spent on our Online Services; and information about your web browser, device, and operating system. We may use and disclose this information for any purpose, except where we are required to treat this information differently, as required under applicable law.

We and our third-party service providers may collect information from you using automatic collection technologies. We and our service providers may over time use cookies to collect information about your usage of the Online Services and third-party websites that have a business relationship with our service providers. We also use cookies to measure website activity and generate statistics that allow us to improve the services we provide through the Online Services. A cookie is a small data file that is sent to your browser from a website's servers and stored on your computer's hard drive and is used to store information such as the name of your Internet service provider, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the website that referred you, your general geographic location, the pages you request, and the dates and times of those requests. These cookies simulate a continuous connection to the website and permit us to provide you with a more personalized experience, such as making it more convenient for you to find information that may have interested you in a previous session. Cookies may be placed on your computer and/or mobile device by both us and by third parties with whom we have a relationship, such as web analytics services. You may refuse cookies by activating the setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may not have the same user experience.

Any website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. (Each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences.)

We also use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics to evaluate the use of our Website and Online Services. We use these tools to gather non-personal data about users to help us improve our services and user experiences. These analytics providers may use cookies and other technologies to perform their services and may combine the information they collect about you on our Online Services with other information they have collected for their own purposes. This Privacy Policy does not cover such uses of data by third parties.

We currently do not change our tracking processes in response to Do Not Track settings in your web browser. However, you may disable certain tracking by disabling cookies as set forth above. If we do respond to Do Not Track settings in the future, we will describe how we do so in the Privacy Policy. For information about Do Not Track, visit www.allaboutdnt.org (this website is not affiliated with us and we are not responsible for its content).

We adhere to the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising through which some our service providers, who use cookies to collect information about your usage of the Online Services, allow you to opt out of certain uses of your personal information. For more information about how to opt out, click here.

We also may combine any of the information, both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable, that we collect through the Online Services and offline.

If you do not wish to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out of receiving these marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message. We may also collect location-based information if you use our mobile applications. You may opt-out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.

You may also stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. The online advertising industry also provides websites from which you may opt out of receiving targeted ads from data partners and other advertising partners that participate in self-regulatory programs.

In addition, we may share this information with business partners to provide you with services or offers that you request.

Aside from the above, your personally identifiable information is never sold to or shared with any third party for that party's independent use.

However, no security systems are 100% impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the Online Services, nor can we guarantee that the information you provide will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
