The Online Services collect information that you provide when requesting information through the Online Services including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number. This may include when you request to attend a HAAH meeting or event or request to be contacted by HAAH. We also collect any information that you include in emails you send to us.
Our Online Services also collects other basic information about you that does not directly identify you, but which may correspond with you or a particular device. We use this information to learn more about how our Online Services are used. This information includes the IP address of your device; information regarding the pages on our Website that you have visited; the date and time of your visits; the amount of time you spent on our Online Services; and information about your web browser, device, and operating system. We may use and disclose this information for any purpose, except where we are required to treat this information differently, as required under applicable law.

Aside from the above, your personally identiﬁable information is never sold to or shared with any third party for that party's independent use.
To prevent unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure or unlawful destruction of data, we maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to help us protect the personally identiﬁable information you provide through the Online Services. However, no security systems are 100% impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the Online Services, nor can we guarantee that the information you provide will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Please do not send confidential information to us through our Online Services. If you have reason to believe that your communications with us have been compromised, please let us know immediately.
Our Online Services are not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personally information from children under the age of 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on our Online Services. If we learn that we have personally information about a child under the age of 16, we will delete that information.
